Great Recipe!! Weight Watchers Chocolate Chip Blondies

These are a yummy low-cal treat that I love oh, so much!! They are not only good, but they are super easy to make and there are not too many ingredients :-)

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
table salt
1 1/2 cups unpacked
brown sugar
6 tablespoons
light butter
2 large egg whites
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
3/4 cup mini chocolate chip
1/3 cup

1. Preheat oven to 350°F In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
2. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternating with water. Stir in chips.

3. Spread into a foil-lined 9- x 13-inch baking pan. Bake until golden, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Remove foil and cut into 24 two-inch squares.
